I took that walk yesterday evening; I spotted a lot of tiny butterflies, but they were too small and too fast to get a proper look at and maybe log for the Big Butterfly Count.

I spotted this on my way into work this morning; must be related to menopause awareness.

Work has been a little tedious recently; its come to something when I'm chatting to a colleague in the lift in the morning, and I get jealous because he tells me he has five meetings.
